Agreement by Use

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 95bd9 platform — including the website at 95bd9.org, any associated mobile interface, and any games or betting services offered therein — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the 95bd9 platform.

Registration and Account Responsibility

Deposits

All deposits to your 95bd9 account must be made via a payment method registered in your own name. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and selected Visa and Mastercard instruments. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. 95bd9 does not charge fees on standard deposits, although your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 95bd9 platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of any balance, and where applicable, referral to the relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games or access the platform in a way not intended for human users.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the platform to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or unknown technical error are not valid and will be reversed.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds on behalf of a third party, or using a payment method that is not registered in your own name.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including but not limited to coordinating bets in live casino games, sharing hole cards in poker formats, or any arrangement designed to guarantee a profit at the expense of other players or 95bd9.
• Using the 95bd9 platform to launder money or facilitate any financial crime, including structuring deposits to avoid transaction monitoring thresholds.

95bd9 employs automated fraud detection systems that monitor account activity continuously. Accounts flagged for suspicious behaviour will be temporarily restricted pending investigation. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues, or third-party infrastructure failures may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. 95bd9 will endeavour to communicate planned maintenance windows in advance via the platform and will restore service as promptly as reasonably possible in the event of an unplanned outage.

Amendments to These Terms

95bd9 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 95bd9 will update the revision date shown at the top of this page and, where the change significantly affects player rights, may notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. It is the player's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the current terms.

Continued use of 95bd9 following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept a material amendment, you should cease using the platform and contact [email protected] to request account closure.

Account Termination

95bd9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where a player has breached these Terms & Conditions, provided false information, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the player, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances are not returned upon account closure.
